Important information when travelling from Gothenburg to Cambridge

If you are travelling from Gothenburg to Cambridge, it is essential that your correct passport details — also known as Advance Passenger Information (API) — are added to your booking no later than 5 hours before departure.

We strongly recommend that this is completed the day before your flight

Failure to provide this information may result in significant fines imposed by UK Border Force - which will be charged to your cost centre.

Be vigilant when adding your passport details to the check-in screen - any inaccuracy will result in a Border Force fine, which will be charged to your cost centre.

Visitors to the UK need an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) if they do not need a visa for short stays of up to six months, or do not already have a UK immigration status.

An ETA is a digital permission to travel – it is not a visa or a tax and does not permit entry into the UK – it authorizes a person to travel to the UK.

British and Irish citizens, as well as people with status under the EU Settlement Scheme do not need an ETA.

Applying for an ETA is quick and simple. Visitors can find more information about applying for an ETA on GOV.UK.
