Sundberg Aviation Group was established in 1978, originally as SUN-AIR of Scandinavia, and has maintained its headquarters in Billund, Denmark since the beginning.

The group employs approximately 120 people and has subsidiaries in Thisted, Denmark, and Augsburg, Germany.

The group comprises four specialized business units operating under the brands Join Jet, SmuuthCare, SUN-AIR Technic and SUN-AIR of Scandinavia.

Sundberg Aviation Group is a privately held, family-owned Danish company, with ownership controlled by Niels Sundberg and Kristoffer Sundberg.
