Q. Who can use the shuttle?
AZ employees and AZ contractors may use the shuttle for business travel, where AZ is responsible for the cost of the travel. No personal travel or Second Home Relocation Policy travel is permitted.
A few conditions apply for any third party to qualify:
>There must be a valid agreement in place between the external partner and AZ
>The partner is travelling on AZ business
>The booking is made internally by AZ and avoids later reimbursement of their flight expenses
Q. How much does it cost?
The shuttle is subsidised by AZ. The cost of the flight to our travellers is £5/SEK65 each way, plus applicable airline/airport taxes and the regular booking fee.
Q. Will my carbon emissions be recorded?
CO2 emissions will be tracked and reported in the same way for the shuttle, as for all other flights.
The company is headquartered in Billund in Denmark, which serves as the central hub for managing and coordinating the company’s services.
The scope of services includes shuttle flights, ad-hoc charter flights, maintenance workshops and spare parts sales, ambulance services, as well as international aircraft sales and leasing under the brands of SUN-AIR of Scandinavia, Join Jet, SUN-AIR Technic and SmuuthCare.
